The last one looked alot like Rush 'N' Attack at first site. And this one looks kind of like the Sega Genesis Golden Axe...Though I know it is not.

Actually, it's Super Punch Out which debuted in 1984 in the arcades in Japan.. If you notice, the 1994 game, Super Punch Out is an SNES remake of this game.
