It's orderable? When I tried to buy it earlier it said the store wasn't open.

Also, is there a way to get the underground version instead of the retail version? Me wants Fury.

Underground version is online-only, retail is from shops like Best Buy etc.

Because Best Buy doesn't sell them... Yet. Their new album ships in a Retail edition and an Underground edition - the Underground has about five more tracks. You can order the Underground edition from their site and you'll be able to buy the Retail from wherever. And they're totally independent - No label.

Pretty sure there's a torrent for their first album on Isohunt or Piratebay though

Eh, too much of a hassle and the quality is usually subpar. I'll just wait until Piratebay starts working again.
