Last year I bought four Dell laptops, brand new, nice, and I even bought an EXTENDED warranty. My brother's laptop developed a tiny crack in the plastic casing and wanted to replace it before it got any worse. I spent an hour and a half talking to Dell, and they simply refused to replace it. We spent over $3,000 and they refused to send us a $20 product for us to fix it. **** you, Dell, **** you. I will now be weary of purchasing anything else from Dell.
I even told them, "You do realize I spent thousands of dollars last year and by not sending me this you're encouraging me to NOT spend anymore money with you, right?" And then Mr. Mohamed says, "Yes, I understand, but it is not covered."
Wow, that warranty thing sucks.:(

Every time I hear 'Dell' I think of those commercials where that kid is like 'Dude, you're getting a Dell!'
I'm pretty sure everybody hears that at some point while thinking about Dells, it's inevitable.
The video IS amusing.
I'm using a Dell with an internet connection that is too slow to bother downloading almost any video or music file with, especially ones posted here! And since everyone says the video is amusing that probably means it isn't!
