woot woot..up and running.

Posted by loony636

I really don't see the difference. It took me ages to reinstall all my extentions. I never had any stability issues or any security issues. What the hell is spoofing?

Posted by higbvuyb

do you mean IP spoofing? thats like going under a fake IP.

Mozilla Firefox 1.0.2 is out, get it at the same place. I quote from the Mozilla Firefox Page:

Quoted post: MFSA 2005-29 Internationalized Domain Name (IDN) homograph spoofing
MFSA 2005-28 Unsafe /tmp/plugtmp directory exploitable to erase user's files
MFSA 2005-27 Plugins can be used to load privileged content
MFSA 2005-26 Cross-site scripting by dropping javascript: link on tab
MFSA 2005-25 Image drag and drop executable spoofing
MFSA 2005-24 HTTP auth prompt tab spoofing
MFSA 2005-23 Download dialog source spoofing
MFSA 2005-22 Download dialog spoofing using Content-Disposition header
MFSA 2005-21 Overwrite arbitrary files downloading .lnk twice
MFSA 2005-20 XSLT can include stylesheets from arbitrary hosts
MFSA 2005-19 Autocomplete data leak
MFSA 2005-18 Memory overwrite in string library
MFSA 2005-17 Install source spoofing with user:pass@host
MFSA 2005-16 Spoofing download and security dialogs with overlapping windows
MFSA 2005-15 Heap overflow possible in UTF8 to Unicode conversion
MFSA 2005-14 SSL "secure site" indicator spoofing
MFSA 2005-13 Window Injection Spoofing

There is lots of 'spoofing'.

Mozilla firfox 1.1.2 is out

Posted by Magnum

No it's not; you meant 1.0.2, which loony636 has already stated almost 20 days ago.

Nice try, thanks for playing.

Quoting F4Z: Mozilla firfox 1.1.2 is out

There was actually someone on a different forum that asked this:

Quoting Remrem: good day! why is it that when i upgraded my Firefox 1.1.1 to Firefox 1.1.2 it still say in Firefox Start: Welcom to Firefox 1.0.
does it means that i'm still using Firefox 1.0?
how do i change my Firefox browser to Firefox 1.1.2?
thanks!

Maybe that's where he got it from...

1.0.3 is currently in beta testing, expect a release soon. You can also grab the nightly build of Firefox as well from www.mozillazine.org.

Cool, thanks for the link.

Been playing with the nightly build, got some slight changes that make it even better. :)
