I never knew water had a strength of fire...

This is what it says for my current element, water... How the hell it has a strength of fire is beyond me...

Strength: Fire
Weakness: Super Nova
HP: 2
MP: 11
STR: 5
DEF: 6
Effect: Blind
Lowers opponents chance to hit

it means you have a strength again'st fire

You are strong against fire and weak against nova.

That shouldn't be difficult to grasp.

Apparently it is.

Why is Wind strong against Water? Shouldn't it be stong against Earth?

Wind is an element that cannot do much but blow dust away. Had to be usefull in the RPG ;)

But in RPG games Wind tends to have an advantage against Earth. (See: Pokemon, Final Fantasy.)

In PKM, I've never seen a wind attack being super effective on an earth PKM.

For example, if I would do a "wing attack" it wouldn't be effective on ONIX.

Onix is Rock. Flying attacks are not effective against Rock. Ground is the Earth element of the Pokemon games, and Flying attacks are super effective against Ground, while Ground can't even hit Flying.

Unless it's Vamp that I'm arguing against. :(
