I just noticed it today, and I personally find it very disturbing. I'd appreciate it if someone would remove the animation.

I put a message in her signature for her to see when she next edits it, basically to the effect of "it was taken out for a reason." If she persists in putting it back I'll go into super PM mode xxx.
