This was brought up to my attention by my cousin. He read it in a gaming magazine and he told me about it. Sonic is getting another game and it's called.....well.....Sonic the Hedgehog. He also read that it's currently in Japan.

Look at this way, it's the video game version of Sonic X and the direct opposite of Shadow the Hedgehog. I also read that article on it last month but I can't remember a thing about it. I couldn't stay on the computer long enough last month to make a post on StH. If he doesn't find it, I will.
I seem to remember it being referred to as a return to what made the 2D games good, rather than the Adventure series - linear speed, hardly any plot, very few characters, and Super Sonic.
