resident evil: ly silence. will it be as good as RE4 on GC?

i just got back from gamestop and i saw a poster of resident evil: ly silence, and i ask the guy at the counter if it will really be worth my money. he said no, and i should probly spend my money on a better game, but he also said that he does not like any ds games , so that may be why he does not like this game

If you played Resident Evil 1 for the PS then you'll enjoy this one.

I could imagine that technically it would be a good, fun game but it just wouldn't be able to create the atmosphere that the console versions would.

I fail to see the relevance of Resident Evil and Mario Kart.

To answer your question "will it be as good as RE4 on GC?", no, it most certainly is not.

It is, plain and simple, a remake of the original Resident Evil, with touch-screen features thrown in. If you want the exact same game, you'll be able to pick up Resident Evil for GameCube with better graphics and controls for less than $20, or the PS1 version for about $5 off eBay.
