Who are your favorite adversaries from throughout the Pokemon games? Favorite, meaning most memorable, that is.
Capturing mewtwo during my first play through back in the good old days when pokemon carts came in only red and blue.
I had no idea of strategy, so it was a hectic series of fights, as he got away more than once, causing me to reload and try again. I eventually got him though.

That kid who talks about how shorts are "comfortable and easy to wear". That was just plain strange. Other than that, none really stand out.
Rival from Gold Version. I like the idea of a guy who steals pokemon and beats up Team Rocket.
He and Gary/Blue were the best rivals. The ones in the latest generation, however, are rather pathetic. They don't even come up to Elite Four Level. (They had to get Wally instead, and he only has one good battle with you [or incarnation, depending on how you see it])
