So I bought myself a Logitech wireless headset for playing Xbox Live after mangling my old standard wired one. When I brought it home and plugged it in to charge, the LED wouldn't turn orange like the manual said it should to show that it's actually charging. After returning that one, I'm back home with another one that has an LED that still won't stay orange, though it is performing a little better than the first. Here are the problems I have:
1. First headset's LED wouldn't turn orange when plugged into the wall unless I jammed the cable connecting it to the wall deep inside the unit.
2. Second one just won't turn orange unless I push the button down on top.
The manual isn't much help at all, especially since I was expecting "first-use specific" instructions included. None. I'd appreciate any help with this, because as since it is the second try, I'm beginning to think that there's something I'm doing wrong. ...All I'm doing is plugging it into the wall.
