Since I'm here, I may as well - your folder isn't very good. You have one PA, and it's Z-Step. XP You have any number of assorted codes in there. Sort it out, dood.
If you really want Volcano in there, have at least one GrsStage chip.
Z-Step is fine. You could add StepCros P for the EvilCut PA (StepSwrd, HeroSwrd, StepCros).
BigWave J isn't a GREAT chip. >.O If you really want to destroy panels, there's better chips.
I think you mean "CrsShld3", which happens to be CURSE Shield. An okay chip - but try it this way: CrsShld1 C, CrsShld2 C, CrsShld3 C. Yum.
Magnums, HoleMetr, Pawn... bleh. Mines are okay. You shouldn't need so many Recovs. Try packing chips that help you avoid damage - Invis, LifeAura, Barrier, etc. Co-ordinate the codes - Invis is good because of the * code.
AirShoes are okay - it's easier to use the Program Block, though.
If you use a Shadow, pack an AntiSwrd chip, too. I think they match in U code.
AntiDmg goes with AntiNavi and Muramasa for the BodyGrd PA. CustSwrd, VarSwrd, ProtoMan chips make DeuxHero, or tack a Slasher at the front for 2xHero.
FlamMan requires a GrsStage for maximum pain. Add Atk+ chips or Fire+30 chips for better results.

Look, it's fine that you want to make threads and share your info and folders from MMBN games, but there's already a help/folder thread - the Help Thread sticky, in fact. It's right at the top of the Mega Man forum, you shouldn't be able to miss it.
If what you want to post is only a little different from what someone else posted, post in the same thread. This didn't need a second (third?) thread. XP
