Kind of, Terragen is a program for rendering 3d Terrains you can get it for free at http://planetside.co.uk

Its really fun to use, combined with Worldmachine and Photoshop

Terragen is a Terrain Generator. Vary nifty program, ive used it in a lot in the past.
