I like the sillouhette with the sun and all. It kind of makes you look like you're the loner protagonist guy n a thinking moment in a movie. Almost seems like you did it on purpose.
And fluffy hair isn't bad at all, so long as you don't look like a polmeranian.

I know how you feel about the fluff thing, my hair gets much length to it and it won't stay down. And I used to wear a hat, but now my head is so big that it just looks bad. But I think you have so much length to your hair that it won't fluff so bad. Isn't that true? Wouldn't it be worse(fluffier) at a more medium length?

Technically, the more sun, the faster your hair grows. Even though you need hair in the cold, if it's cloudy, you're not going to get it. I think it has something to do with the vitamin D your body makes while exposed to sunlight.
Anyway, chop those locks. I've never seen such a mop in my life. Or, you know, grow it back out. ;)
